Our Story

What is Spasticity?

Spasticity is a movement disorder that is associated with an upper motor neuron brain injury. Symptoms include involuntary muscle contractions, spasms and abnormal muscle tightness.

Spasticity can be a secondary to Cerebral Palsy, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Traumatic Brain Injury or Spinal Cord Injury.
